Adds up to 8 points to your overall grade. (NOTE: Incomplete answers and grammatical errors will reduce points.) DUE APRIL 25 AT THE LATEST!

Assignment: See the movie. Save the ticket stub or rental, library or Netflix receipt; or photocopy the DVD cover if borrowed. Attach the receipt/photocopy to this form.

  • Answer the questions below about the film. You can do so on this form by downloading it from the internet, copying it to a word processing document, answering the questions, then printing it out.
  • Use your own words. Doing so means you will flunk the assignment, if not the course!
